After working in fancy New York restaurants, chef Brooks Headley decided to open a place where everyone could afford to eat good quality food and ended up creating one of the best veggie burgers in the USA.

Brooks Headley is the chef at New York's Superiority Burger, best known for its famous veggie burger. While on tour in Toronto to promote his new cookbook we asked him what advice he has for aspiring chefs.
