In Greece, where adoption is a long and difficult process, some couples result to working with traffickers to take infants from Bulgaria and smuggle them across the border.

Led by Lily Cole, we focus on the Greek island of Samos which is the centre point of the refugee crisis. This is the story of those refugees and volunteers on the island.
