Harry's New York Bar in Paris, France opened in 1911 and quickly became a favourite among France's growing American expat community, serving up soon-to-become classic cocktails like the Bloody Mary, the Blue Lagoon and the Side Car. Ernest Hemingway, Gertrude Stein and F. Scott Fitzgerald apparently drank here.
